What is Ford Mobile Service?

Great question. It’s the new service program by Ford that’s offered right here at our dealership! Our experienced technicians will drive the Ford Mobile Service van to your home in time for your scheduled service appointment to complete service on your vehicle. Stuck at work all day and can’t make it back? We don’t have to travel to your home address — choose your workplace for midday service during your lunch break or anywhere that’s convenient for you! We operate within two-hour appointments to ensure our technicians have enough time to service your Ford.

How Do the Technicians Get It All Done?

Just like they’ve always done in our service center! The Ford Mobile Service van is equipped with every tool — like hoses, drip pans, tarps and more — needed to finish a basic service. We’ll even stock our vans with jacks that can lift a Ford Super Duty pickup! Communication is seamless, too. After they arrive, our technicians will go over what services have been requested from their tablets, and after completing repairs, will then give a summary of the work that’s been done on your model. You’ll experience the same quality of service that you’ve come to expect in our service center!
